First published in 1718. The collation of the Soane copy as described here does not correspond to that recorded for the ninth edition of 1733 (ESTC n11355) but rather to that of the sixth edition of 1726 (ESTC t61362). First leaf of dedication is A2, p. [iii] catchword is 'that'.
