Proforma schedules for timber supplies, etc. Leaves numbered on the versos; rectos after the title-page are blank. Final leaf is blank. Items and rates augmented in black and red inks; column of figures at 5 July / 1830 systematically written in and completed, some blank.

Copy Notes Inscribed in ink at head of title 1830; also a note in ink Corrected at the Office of Works / 24th Feby 1831 / Existing Prices 1831. with amendments for Octr 1832, Sepr 1833 and Sepr 1834. Final verso carries extensive MS. annotations on Brickwork ... and rates for Mason, Plumber and Smith at 5 July 1830. Bound (1) in a set of contemporary government contracts with C20th Museum label inscribed by A.T. Bolton.
