Proforma schedules for lead, pumps, supplies, etc. Leaves numbered on the versos; rectos after the title-page are blank. Final leaf is blank. Items and rates augmented in black and red inks; columns of figures at 10th Oct / 1829, 5 Jany / 1830, 5 Apl / 1830, and 5 / July / 1830 systematically written in and completed, some blank.

Copy Notes Title-page dated 1829 & / 1830 in ink at head of title, and inscribed also Prices 1831, with amendments for 1832, 1833 and 1834. Extensive annotations in red ink on blank recto of fol. 2: State Paper Office - Tender by W.R. Holroyd / 26 Octr 1831 with a list of prices, dated at end Office of Works. / 26 Oct 1831. / Accepted / B.C. Stephenson, i.e. Colonel Sir Benjamin Charles Stephenson (c. 1766--1839), Surveyor-General of the Office of Works. Bound (4) in a set of contemporary government contracts with C20th Museum label inscribed by A.T. Bolton on first item.
