Schedule of contract plumbers' work, required for the ordinary works and repairs to buildings, in charge of the department of His Majesty's Woods, Forests, Land Revenues, Works, and Buildings, at [blank].

Proforma schedules for plumbers' materials and labour, etc. The note '[fist] No Alteration whatever to be made in the printed Prices, the per Centage to be general on the whole.' appears at the head of the title. Inscribed in red ink on title-page For 1 year from 1st July, 1836. / 25½ per cent under the prices. The Office of the Surveyor-General of His Majesty's Works and Public Buildings was amalgamated with the Office of the Commissioners of His Majesty's Woods, Forests, and Land Revenues in 1831. Running title on p. 10 reads 'Plubmers [sic] Contract for Ordinary Works.'.
Copy Notes Some annotations in red ink and pencil. Bound (4) in a set of contemporary government contracts with C20th Museum label on first item.
Binding Stitched, C20th green cloth tape spine.
