Southgate and Son'. The dateFriday is struck through in ink. The upper wrapper inscribed in ink Mr Williams / Charles Str. Accompanied by a folded letter (stamped and sealed) tipped in from Messrs. Southgate & Son dated April 10, 1835, informing Soane that his Plans, elevations, and sections of building, 47 plates, folio, £2 12s. 6d., 47 copperplates and copyright, were featured as lot 1009 (sixth day, 15th April). Unannotated. Bound in a collection of sale catalogues.
