Lugt 758. Fairfax, a Commissioner of His Majesty's Customs, had an extensive library and art collections and these were sold at separate auctions in 1756. ESTC t14347.

Copy Notes Annotated in ink with prices and names of purchasers. Totals of all three days' sales totalled in ink on verso of title-page. Bound (2) with two other Langford catalogues.

Binding C19th half calf, blind-ruled borders, marbled-paper boards, gilt-lettered and quadruple-ruled spine. Later numbered '19' in a series of sale catalogue volumes.
