Final leaf is blank. The document is undated but reference is made to extant leases dated 'for a term of Fourteen Years from the 11th October, 1809', and tythes 'held by Lease for Twenty-one years from Michaelmas, 1810'. Watermark dated '1812'.

Copy Notes Inscribed in ink on lower wrapper (p. [24]) Amesbury Estate. Upper right corner of title-page inscribed in pencil 25. Bound first in a collection of estate particulars.

Binding Later C19th marbled-paper boards, ribbed morocco-grain cloth spine gilt-lettered 'Sale Catalogues'. 37.6 cm. Later numbered '48' in a series of sale catalogue volumes.
