Catalogue of an extensive and valuable collection of books, in every department of literature. Another catalogue appeared in March 1816 (q.v.). The residual stock of Messrs White, Cochrane & Co., was eventually sold at auction by Mr. Saunders on Monday June 10, 1816 and the thirty-one following days.
Copy Notes Several items in the first section, 'Books of Drawings, Prints, Architecture, Maps, Views, &c.; Books printed on Vellum, and other rare Articles' (pp. [1]--40) marked in ink, probably by Soane. Bound after the March 1816 catalogue. Traces of original grey paper wrappers.
Binding Recent olive green binder's cloth, gilt-lettered spine, numbered '56' in a series of sale catalogue volumes. Bound February 1925.
