Drop-head title. Printer's name from colophon. Subscriptions of 1 guinea were received 'by the Author, at Ware, near Millbrook, Plymouth; James Asperne, ... and Messrs. Ridgeways, ...' in London. The necessary 100 subscriptions having evidently been received, it was published in 1817.
