Quarter-sheet, verso blank. Drop-head title. 'Der Bayrische Tonkünstler', stated to have been blind from birth, has not been identified; he also issued a prospectus of 'Terms Of Entertainment' (q.v.). The Argyll Rooms, Regent Street was one of London's concert venues over the period 1819--30.
