The address, list of honorary members, and 'Conditions For The Reception Of Pictures, &c.' signed by 'J. Vincent Barber, Secretary, Birmingham, April 9, 1814'. The text of the 'Address' and list of the 'Honorary Members' of the Society are the same as the first portion of the exhibition catalogue (q.v.).
