The final three leaves contain 'Prints Which Will Be Sold At The Conclusion Of The Books On The Tenth Day' (2 pp.), a leaf of notices for forthcoming sales, and a final blank leaf. BM, English Book Sales, p. 202 (where the name is given incorrectly in the text, but not in the index, as 'Van Mildest'.
