Copy Notes Presented to Soane by the author. With an ALs dated June 24th 1829 / 30 Allsop Terrace, / New Road giving his apologies for not having acknowledged Soane's presentation to him of a copy of his unpublished Civil Architecture. Designs for completing some of the public buildings in Westminster, 1829 (q.v.). Bound first in a collection of pamphlets.
Binding C19th half dark green roan, blind double-rule borders, marbled paper boards, gilt double-rule spine gilt-lettered 'Martin's New Inventions &c. &c. &c.'. Bound by Edwin Hutchinson for 3s., 17 December 1830, 'Half roan, lettered'. (Archives 7/15/8). Later numbered '58' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
