The Report of the Royal College of Physicians on Vaccination was published in 1807. Benjamin Moseley was Physician at Chelsea Hospital from 1788 to 1819.
Copy Notes Inscribed in ink at head of title, partly trimmed in the binding No. 20 Stratford Place [?] / R. Cosway Esqr. From the Author. Marginal emphasis and note in ink on pp. 64--65, comparing the notion that smallpox vaccination would lead to the ailment 'Ox Face' to the work of the caricaturist Gilray. Bound (1) in a collection of four pamphlets.
Binding Later C19th half calf, blind double-ruled borders, brown morocco-grained binder's cloth boards, blind-ruled and gilt-dotted spine, black spine-label, gilt-lettered 'Pamphlets. 1808. 1830.'. Numbered '76' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
