Chabannes's substantive report On conducting air by forced ventilation, referred to as 'my publication of last year' on p. [35] of the present pamphlet, was published in 1818 (q.v.). Includes a description of the 'New Patent Water Calorifere' and a plan for its installation at 36 & 37 Burlington Arcades. The two plates of the Olympic Theatre are numbered. Copy Notes In this copy the two leaves forming pp. [9--12] are uncut and bound as a folded leaf. Bound in a collection of pamphets.

Binding C19th half maroon roan, blind double-rule borders, marbled-paper boards, gilt double-ruled spine, gilt-lettered 'Letter to / B. West P.R.A.'. Numbered '93' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
