The report was issued with a letter dated 20 May 1822 announcing that 'in consequence of the exhausted state of the Funds, a Resolution will ... be proposed, authorising the Committee to close the Institution, on or about the 25th of March next; ...' (q.v.).
Copy Notes Enclosed in the letter from the Committee together with a Balloting list (q.v.).
