Date established from the accompanying letter from Mr. Robinson dated 22 September 1831 submitting the enclosed paper for your consideration and noting that it is printed for circulation to members of the committee only, and from the copy of Soane's notice replying to Mr Robinson on the same date, stating his indisposition and inability to attend the Committee of Appeals (Archives 7/I/1/4).
