Conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. The text refers to 'Easter Term, 3 Anne / Pro Rna. Anglia / Sccium / Upon Mocon made this Day unto this Court, by Nathaniel Booth, Esq., Surveyor-general of the Green Wax, for and on ye behalfe of Her Majty. shewing, that upon Apposalls of Sheriffs for the several Counties, ... signed at end 'Per Curiam'. Nathaniel Booth petitioned Parliament on 6 December 1704: For compensation over the appropriation of his house in Chester as a hospital for the sick and wounded from Ireland, and again on 19 February 1704: Report on the petition. Recommended that compensation should be paid (£419 11s. 9d.). Ordered that consideration of the report be referred to the Committee of the whole House, to whom the Bill for punishing Mutiny and Desertion, and false Musters, and for better payment of the Army, and Quarters, is committed. See Journal of the House of Commons, vol. XIV, 1702--04, pp. 446, 537.
