Parisian daily newspaper. Unpaginated, in principle four pages to each issue, some six. Founded in 1789 by Gaultier de Biauzat and first published under the title Journal des débats et des décrets, it was acquired by the Bertin family in 1799 and edited by Louis-François Bertin, whose portrait was painted by Ingres in 1833. II: 1 octobre 1830--26 mars 1831 (45.0 cm)
The issues for 27--28 mars and 5 avril 1831 are interleaved by date with a run of Le Temps, 1831 (q.v.).
