Half-sheet, verso blank. Drop-head title. Reports the 'Subjects for the Honorary Premiums, to be awarded' [in 1837]. The subjects were 'the practical application of the Theory of Sound in the construction of Edifices, ...' and 'the effect ... to Architecture, in regard to design and arrangement, from the general introduction of Iron in the construction of Buildings.' The best essay on the first would be awarded the Soane Medal, and the best essay on the second, the Institute Medal.
