Drop-head title. Conjugate leaf blank. Resolutions were to be agreed for the establishment of a military association in response to the immediate emergency of the war and threat of invasion. Soane had been elected to the vestry of the parish of St Giles-in-the-Fields on 11 February 1802, and acted as chairman to the committee of the St. Giles and St. George Bloomsbury Association (q.v.).
