Half-sheet, verso blank. Drop-head title. The Plan of the Shakspeare Lottery (q.v.) is dated 'April 5, 1804'. Lays out the system by which the holders of the 21,938 undrawn tickets were to be matched to the prints or lots of prints to a value of 1 guinea per undrawn ticket. Soane was one of the trustees for the lottery.
