First verso and conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. The 'Terms Of The Raffle:' are completed in ink 'One hundred Shares At One Guinea Each'. 'The work is in the hands of Mr. M. Colnaghi, of Cockspur Street, where it may be seen, and where subscriptions will be received for the author, Mr. Dudley Costello'.
