Folded half-sheet, first verso and conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. Signed by 'Robert Sibley' and dated at the foot '39, Great Ormond Street, Nov. 8th, 1824'. Representations made to the Middlesex magistracy at Clerkenwell in connection with Sibley's dismissal over the supervision of the contractor for the Brentford Bridge, Mr. McIntosh, and Sibley's instructions from Thomas Telford concerning the Aberdeen red granite used for the construction.

Copy Notes Paper previously folded as a letter addressed in ink John Soane Esquire, and endorsed 1825 / Printed Letter, red seal.
