Folded half-sheet, verso and conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. William Rickford was first elected to the seat in 1818, and again in 1820; he continued to serve as MP until the election of 1841. Soane enjoyed voting rights in the county through his freehold of a property on the Chandos estates.
