Quarter-sheet, verso blank. Drop-head title. The meeting itself, convened on 29 July at the City of London Tavern, was disrupted by the interventions of Admiral Thomas Cochrane, the radical politician, who took the noble company to task for their puny donations and self-serving humbug.
