Drop-head title. A two-page list of subscribers followed by an 'Extract from the Minutes of the Proceedings ... of the 7th of April, 1834' reporting the contribution of John Pepys, Esq. of Lower Berkeley Street towards the Institution's 'Fullerian Accumulating Fund'. John Fuller (1757--1834) 'Mad Jack, Squire of Brightling' was a Sussex eccentric, MP, philanthropist, and antiquary, who had donation £3000 consols to the Institution under his deed of endowment. His bust by Chantrey was installed in Brightling Church.
