Folded sheet. Drop-head title. Docket title: 'Westminster Life Insurance, Near The Adelphi In The Strand, And Opposite The Royal Exchange, Cornhill, London'. The printer Thomas Collins was active from 1784 to 1811. The list of 'Trustees, Directors, and Auditors' includes Lord Kinnaird (Soane's neighbour in Ealing) and Sir John Coxe Hippisley, but not Soane. A printed card bearing substantially the same text but with slightly altered list of 'Trustees, Directors, and Auditors' (priority unknown) is also in the Soane archive (q.v.).
