Anonymous. By John Britton. Half-title 'Londinum Illustratum'. A prospectus announcing an edition of maps, plans and prints illustrative of Pennant's London (1790 ed., q.v.) in 'twenty four volumes in atlas folio' and that 'particulars respecting this work, ... to be had of Mr. Triphook, bookseller, Old Bond Street'. Soane acquired a copy of the 1805 ed. (q.v.) pennantised in six volumes, per John Britton at Sotheby's sale of the hanged banker Henry Fauntleroy's library, 11 April 1825 (q.v.).
