Drop-head title. Docket-title 'Introductory Report On The Intended West Middlesex Water-Works, By Mr. Robert Dodd, Engineer. 1805'. Signed and dated at end 'Robert Dodd. London, 7th March, 1805.' Soane was one of three arbitrators (with William Ludlam and John William Lubbock) in the case leading to Dodd's dismissal on 12 December 1806.
