Drop-head title. Docket title reads: Particulars and conditions of sale of the leasehold structure, with its domestic offices .... James Wyatt's death in a coaching accident in September 1813 is reported in The Sun newspaper for September 9th, 1813 (q.v.). Lot 1 comprised the leasehold house and domestic offices; lot 2, a suite of offices 'Particularly adapted to Solicitors, Architects and Surveyors'. Tickets and particulars were to be had from Phillips and from Mess. Jenkins, James and Abbott.
