Hucklebridge, Secretary'. Includes a list of twenty-five candidates on p. [2] and a 'Balloting-Paper for the Election of Six Children ... On Thursday, January 9, 1817, ...', printed in red ink, on p. [3], from which the imprint is taken.

Copy Notes Previously folded as an envelope with address in ink on blank verso of the balloting paper John Soane Esqre / Lincolns Inn Fields.
