Folded sheet, final verso blank. Drop-head title. Gives notice of a Quarterly General Meeting of the Governors to be held on Monday 8 July, 1833, signed by 'Augustus U. Thiselton, Secretary' and dated 'June 3, 1833'. Includes a list of seven candidates on p. [2] and a 'Ballotting Paper For the Election of Four Children ... on Monday the 8th of July, 1833, ...' on p. [3]. Soane is listed as a Vice President and 'Grand Superintendant of Works'.

Copy Notes Previously folded as an envelope addressed in ink on final blank to Sir John Soane / Lincolns Inn Fields.
