Folded sheet, final verso blank. Drop-head title. Gives notice of a Quarterly General meeting of the Governors to be held on Monday July 14th, 1834, signed by 'Augustus U. Thiselton, Secretary' and dated 'June 6, 1833'. Includes a list of seven candidates and a 'Ballotting Paper for the Election of Five Children ... on Monday the 11th of July, 1834'. Soane is listed as a Vice President and 'Grand Superintendant of Works'.

Copy Notes Previously folded as an envelope with address in ink Sir John Soane / &c &c &c / Lincoln's Inn Fields.
