Folded sheet, final verso blank. Drop-head title. Gives notice of a Quarterly General meeting of the Governors to be held on Monday January 9th, 1837, signed by 'Augustus U. Thiselton, Secretary' and dated 'December 1836'. Includes a list of eleven candidates and a 'Balloting Paper for the Election of Seven Children ... on Monday the 9th of January, 1837'. Soane is listed as a Vice President and 'Grand Superintendant of Works'.

Copy Notes Previously folded as an envelope with address in ink Sir Jno: Soane / Lincoln's Inn Fields.
