Folded sheet, final verso blank. Drop-head title. Presents an address 'To the Inhabitants-Householders of the Parish of Saint Mary-Le-Bone', referring to 'the Bill now before Parliament, for enabling the Vestry-men to build a new Church and two or more Chapels ...' on a site intended to be purchased for the purpose in the south gardens of Foley House (q.v.). Soane had been invited by the committee appointed to consider the site to submit a valuation.
