Copy Notes ALs in ink on blank p. [3], dated Downham October 7th. 1823 and requesting consideration in the matter of bells for the new Churches /now erecting, and signed Will. Dobson. Previously folded as a letter addressed to John Soane Esqre. / Architect / Lincoln's Inn Fields / London. Postmarked Paid and with a red wax seal. Endorsed in ink Church Bells.
