And on the verso Mr. Britton / No. 10 Tavistock Place / Russell Square. Followed by five leaves of MS. notes in an early hand, titled Rules Orders and By-Laws for/ the good Govermt. of the Corporation/ of the Govr and Company of the/ Bank of England.
