Drop-head title. Docket title 'Courts At Westminster. Copy. Memorial To The Lords Of The Treasury, And their Reply'. The reply is dated 30 April 1830. Includes the report of a meeting of the Committee of the Metropolitan Law Society held on 20 May, 1830 and signed 'May 23rd, 1830. James Anderton, Secretary'. Another issue, presumably later, is reset to include a further set of 'Observations' (q.v.).
Copy Notes Endorsed by Soane in ink on docket title 1830 / May / June - &c. Sent to Soane with a note dated 2 June 1830, signed J.J. Burn, of Gray's Inn. Also attached with C20th book tape is an MS. 'Extract from Mr Soanes design / for completing the new Law Courts ...' in an unidentified C19th hand.
