Drop-head title. The text is dated '27th January 1837' and concludes with a 'Memorandum' dated 'February 1837'. Concerns the representations made by Mrs Fullarton on behalf of her late husband Colonel William Fullarton, and the ensuing correspondence placed before the Court of Directors over many years relating to Fullarton's expenditure on behalf of the Company during his service in India in 1783.
