Folded half-sheet, conjugate leaf blank. Includes a 'First List of Subscribers'. The text is a variant of the first subscription circular of February 1834 (q.v.). Soane was presented with a Gold Medal struck in his honour by the Architects of England on 24 March 1835 (q.v.).
Copy Notes Copy 1: Names of certain of the committee members marked in ink; an additional list of subscribers' names in ink on blank p. [3], and a further list of the Committee members dated 24th March on blank p. [4].
