Untitled; title taken from BAL 1826. In addition to designs by Le Nôtre, the plates include designs by Bouticourt, 'Directeur des Jardins du Palais Roial et dessinateur des Iardins du Roy' and A.J.B. Le Blond, and were apparently issued separately as well as forming part of the Architecture à la mode published by Jean Mariette around 1710, as here. BAL, Early printed books, no. 1826; Berlin Kat. 3461.

Binding C18th sprinkled calf, gilt tooled spine, red spine label gilt lettered 'Architec/ A La/ Mode', blind lettered 'Tome/ II', circular paper label numbered in ink '151'.
