Drop-head title. Volume IV of Stuart and Revett's Antiquities of Athens, published by Taylor in 1816, is described at this early date as 'in preparation', and 'Subscribers names are received'. Of Britton's Architectural antiquities, 1807--1826 (q.v.), 'Twenty Parts are published.' Whittington's An historical survey of the ecclesiastical antiquities of France, 1809 (q.v.) is 'Recently published', allowing this version of Taylor's list to be dated after the one issued with Dearn's The bricklayer's guide, 1809 (q.v.) where its publication is announced 'ina [sic] few Days'.
