Drop-head title. Imprint from p. [1] and colophon. James Asperne took over the European Magazine (q.v.) from 1806 until his death in 1820. This advertisement, dated 1st January, 1812 at the foot of p. [1], announces the reprinting of 'a very few Sets of this valuable Publication, from its commencement, in 1782, to the present Time; and may be had ready bound, or prepared for binding, or any single Number of Volume that is in print. ...', and urges the owners of imperfect sets to take this opportunity of perfecting them.
