Drop-head title. Among the works advertised are a new edition of the works of Pope by G. Croly, the continuation of Hume and Smollett's History of England by the Rev. T.S. Hughes (q.v.), the re-issue of Valpy's Shakspeare (first published 1832--34, q.v.) and of Valpy's Family Classical Library.

Copy Notes Unopened. Bound as issued at the front of volume XV of the History of England (q.v.).

Binding Original publisher's C19th cased maroon moiré binder's cloth, spine-title 'History Of England With Illustrations ...' stamped in gilt within decorative cartouche.
