Folded sheet, final verso blank. Drop-head title. The 'Report' is signed by the [the Marquess of] 'Donegall, President', and 'J. Stevenson, Sec'. The report of the chairman, 'Robert Getty' is dated 'July 4, 1809'. Soane was invited to draw up plans for the building in 1809 for which he declined payment and the foundation stone for a modified version of his plans was laid in 1810. (See D. Stroud, Sir John Soane, architect, London 1984, p. 270.)
