Lithographically printed quarter-sheet, verso blank. Drop-head title. The meeting was held to arrange a benefit to mark the retirement after 39 years of the actor John Fawcett on Thursday 20 May 1830, and to acknowledge Fawcett's contriubution as trustee and treasurer of the Covent Garden Theatrical Fund. Tickets and places were to be had at the box office in Hart Street and from Fawcett at 4 Tavistock Street, Covent Garden.
