Drop-head title. Page 2 misnumbered '3'. Includes an account of a meeting establishing the committee and a lists of subscribers signed by 'S.J. Capper, Hon. Sec'. and dated 'Crosby Hall, Bishopsgate, June 5, 1833'. An earlier prospectus giving an account of the house is dated December 1st, 1832 (q.v.).

Copy Notes Accompanied by an invitation to a general meeting of the committee and subscribers to be held in Crosby Hall on 14 June signed by William Cotton, probably the merchant and philanthropist William Cotton, F.R.S. (1786--1866), addressed to Soane and endorsed by him with the date 1833.
