Folded half-sheet, first verso and conjugate leaf blank. Lithographically printed letter of advertisement. Undated; watermark 'Fellows / 1830'. The name of the firm is not mentioned in the text but taken from the lithographic head-piece showing the elevation of the premises with the name of 'Nixson' inscribed in a tablet above the cornice with 'Statuary' and 'Mason' above the wings, and below the cornice 'British And Foreign Marble Work'. Addendum in ink NB. Monuments and other ornamental work neatly executed.
