Folded half-sheet, first verso and conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. With a postscript in which Howell and Stewart solicit the favour of continued custom and announce the publication of 'Part I. of a new Catalogue' in September.
Copy Notes Addressed in ink to Soane. With an AL in ink on blank p. [3] dated November - 19. 1825 from Howell & Stewart offering for sale a Genealogical Table of the house of Paston / a very fine / Manuscript ... . Soane was evidently not tempted. Previously folded as a letter addressed in ink to J. Soane Esqr / 13 Lincolns Inn / New Sq. Endorsed in ink in an office hand 19th November 1825 / Letter from Mr Duncan / Bookseller.
